By following a few care guidelines your wooden board will look as good as new for years to come. Wash your board by hand using a damp cloth with a mild detergent. Never put in a dishwasher. Do not soak or submerge your board in water. Do not expose your board to direct heat or sunshine and avoid storing next to ovens or radiators. Periodically rub your board with a food safe mineral or vegetable oil to prevent the wood from drying out.
