By using the Table Treasure website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions you may not use the website.
We reserve the right to withdraw or change temporarily or permanently all or any part of the website and services offered through the website without notice. We reserve the right to remove or edit content, change, modify or remove information. Prices, product range and availability of goods are subject to change. We will not be liable for modifications or if the site is not available for any reason.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to regularly check the conditions and if you do not agree with any changes you should not continue to use the website.
When you place an order this represents an offer to purchase. We have accepted your offer when payment has been made and confirmed and a confirmation e mail sent to you that your order has been dispatched.
Goods are invoiced at the prices ruling at the time of acceptance of an order. Prices quoted on your order confirmation will not be subject to price changes that may occur between the time your order was accepted and dispatched.
We will not knowingly allow you to buy items that we know to be out of stock. Should any items be purchased and found to be out of stock, we will always refund unless you instruct us to take alternative action, such as delivering when back in stock.
All deliveries must be signed for.
Delivery dates and times are estimates only. No liability can be accepted by Table Treasure for failure to deliver or within a specific time period. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, including consequential loss or loss of profit, arising directly or indirectly from any failure of, or delay in the delivery of goods howsoever caused.
Goods that are being delivered oversees may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are payable by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you of what charges are likely to be. When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you are responsible for complying with laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are being received.
Cancelations and Returns
Our cancelations policy and returns policy form part of our terms and conditions and can be viewed on our delivery information page. Table Treasure is not obliged to accept cancellations and returns where notice is given outside these periods. We shall accept no liability for shortages or damage to goods unless the customer reports the damages within the time scales stated in our returns policy.
Every effort is made to ensure product descriptions and details are as accurate as possible, but are offered as a guide only. No responsibility can be taken for mistakes or omissions. Many items are of a handmade nature and may differ from one another in colour, finish or show other individual qualities. When you purchase these items you are confirming that you understand this.
Every effort is taken to display product images that are as accurate as possible. Actual colours and sizes however may differ slightly from the website and we cannot accept responsibility for any colour variation caused by browser software, computer screen or computer system used to view the product range.
All website images are the sole property of Table Treasure and may not be shared, copied or downloaded without our prior consent.
In the event that Table Treasure is prevented from carrying out its obligations as a result of any cause beyond its control such as, but not limited to Acts of God, War, Strikes, Lock-outs, Flood and failure of third parties to deliver goods, the Company shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities for as long as such fulfillment is prevented.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights.
You are responsible for ensuring your account password and login details are kept confidential and secure and you must not disclose them to any third party. You agree to accept responsibility of all activity under your account and are responsible for taking every reasonable step to prevent unauthorized activity. You must let us know immediately if you know or have reason to believe your account access details have become known to someone else or may be used in an unauthorized way.
We reserve the right to disable user identification information, terminate accounts and refuse orders if we believe you have failed to comply with these conditions of use or your behavior when using the website is deemed inappropriate or unacceptable.
You have a responsibility to ensure details you have provided us when registering are correct and that details are updated when changes occur.
